Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach and within easy reach of various dining options. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. While the dining choices were a bit limited, the well-kept pool area made up for it. The pricing was fair, but having to pay extra for Wi-Fi was a small downside.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Smoky Mountains in an area with limited options. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, featuring 2 Queen beds and a kitchen, providing great value for money. The service, including housekeeping and laundry, is top-notch. However, the dining options, mainly hot dogs, are limited. The hotel is situated in the office area, very close to various attractions.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were kept exceptionally clean and equipped with a kitchen, which was a big plus. However, the hotel is located by Tyson airport where there aren't very many options around, though it's also close to the Knoxville airport, which can be convenient. The service, particularly housekeeping and laundry, was top-notch. The dining experience, with local and seasonal products, was enjoyable despite some limitations. Overall, a decent value for money with some minor drawbacks.
